45ml golden rum.
10ml fresh lime juice.
3cm fresh ginger.
Britvic Ginger Ale to top.
2 tsp runny honey.
2 dashes Angostura Bitters.
10ml Teisseire Lime.
Place ginger slices into shaker and mash with a pestle.
Add the honey, golden rum, Teisseire Lime and lime juice, and stir until mixed.
Add cubed ice and shake.
Fill tumbler with cubed ice and strain shaker into glass.
Top with Britvic Ginger Ale and Angostura Bitters.
Garnish with slices of fresh ginger.
