Orange añejo highball

Ingredients

40ml aged rum.

10ml orange Curaçao.

10ml fresh lime juice.

1 dash Angostura Bitters.

Britvic Ginger Beer to top.

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice.

Add aged rum, orange Curaçao, lime juice and Angostura Bitters and stir.

Top with Britvic Ginger Beer.

Garnish

Garnish with cucumber slices and lemon peel twist.
