Ingredients
50ml Irish whiskey
25ml fresh lemon juice
25ml Teisseire Blueberry
1 egg white
Britvic Ginger Ale to top
Method
Add cubed ice to a shaker along with all of the ingredients.
Shake and then strain.
Shake again without ice to create a foam.
Pour into a whiskey tumbler and top with Britvic Ginger Ale.
Garnish
Garnish with a pick of blueberries.
